1. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase information once you complete your order.
2. Order Tracking
You’ll get a confirmation email with an order number, shipping details, and a link to track your package online after your order is processed.
Customer Support Agents will handle inquiries regarding orders.
It might take 4-7 days to get your Tracking Number (TKN). The TKN will be active when your order is ready to ship.
3. Shipment
Pre-shipment processing: All items may take 2 to 5 business days to process. Add processing time to the shipping estimate below.
Check the table below for approximate delivery times. Delays can occur due to holidays, customs, weather, social events, technical issues, or pandemics.
4. Estimated Shipping Time:
Fast Shipping Method: 7-15 working days
Standard Shipping Method: 20-28 working days
5. Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
6. Shipping Delays
We’ll keep you informed in case of shipping delays due to:
- IR Disputes/Strikes
- Weather conditions
- Peak Seasons (e.g., Holiday Season)
- Large or Bulky Items
- Shipping Provider Error
- Refusing Delivery
Lakehouse Design Art Shop reserves the right to abandon packages and will not be responsible for refunds if:
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- Several delivery attempts are made in the destination country.
- Customs Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Contact your country’s customs office for details.
7. Refunds
You will be refunded up to 100% of the order value for an item if it doesn’t arrive within 60 days.
8. Shipping Time
Lakehouse Design Art Shop products are typically shipped from overseas facilities, so allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping time depends on customs clearance, which can vary by country.
9. Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
10. Order Processing Time
Since products are made after payment, we appreciate your patience while waiting for delivery. Each product has a scheduled time. Contact Customer Support via email for urgent inquiries about processing time

11. Changing Order Information
Contact email support within 9 hours of purchase if you realize you made an error in your order information.
- If the shipping address is incorrect but the item has already been shipped:
- Closely follow your order via the tracking link.
- Once the tracking number is active or the item arrives at the Post Office (P.O), contact them with your tracking number and request an address change.
- We cannot change the address if your order is already processed or shipped. Contact Support for other requests.
12. Changing Billing Address
We cannot edit the billing address once your order is placed. You can still receive the package if the shipping address is correct.
